The story of Badfinger is one of mighty highs and tragic lows, traversing their status as the Beatles' first Apple Records signing (when still called the Iveys), a series of wonderful pop albums (with hits like Come and Get It, No Matter What, Day After Day, and Baby Blue), and the suicides of two members after being thrown into poverty at the hands of their crooked manager. Much of their catalogue holds up to this day as exemplary lush power pop. Guitarist/songwriter Joey Molland is the last surviving original member of the band, and and this special features an interview and the music of Badfinger.
